All booking options secure a spot in the same group while allowing you to choose the level of commitment that fits your current life and schedule. Because we believe consistency and community cohesion matter when building authentic relationships, reserving two or four sessions together (Exploration and Core Connection) offers a discounted rate to support your ongoing commitment.
Discovery Drop-In
$15
A low-pressure, flexible seat at the table. Whether you’re testing the waters for the first time or simply want to drop in whenever life allows. Your presence is always welcome here—no ongoing commitment required.
Exploration

Register for two groups and create a rhythm that helps you ease into the group space, offering more continuity than a single drop-in without committing to a full month. Build familiarity at a manageable, supportive pace.

FAQs
-
No, this is a non-clinical support group.
Group therapy is an active form of clinical treatment led by a licensed professional, whereas a support group focuses on peer connection and shared experiences.
Participation does not involve diagnosis, treatment planning, or record-keeping.
-
This group is intended for young adults between 18-29 years old.
Connection isn’t bound by age, yet we believe that similar experiences bring people together. For that reason, we ask that anyone over 30 years old consider whether the unique challenges and life stressors that twentysomethings experience will be relevant to their current circumstances.
-
This group occurs every week. We offer month-to-month registration to encourage participants to attend each week within the month they registered for.
We believe that consistency and (reasonable) predictability ease social discomfort. By making a month-long commitment, participants can expect at least a few familiar faces week to week. This helps create stronger and more organic connections.
-
Life happens, don’t sweat it. Whether you registered knowing you wouldn’t be able to attend on a specific date or something urgent came up, we simply ask that you let us know as early as you can so we may anticipate your absence.
Please be advised that fees are nonrefundable.
-
Absolutely! That’s what this group is designed for. As we get older, it can feel harder and harder to find regular spaces with natural opportunities to make new friends.
If you jive with someone, it’s a perfect chance to ask to follow them on social media or exchange numbers. Fairly low-risk, too — you’re here for the same reason, right?
While we don’t dictate the types of connections that develop here, please be mindful that this is not a speed dating environment.
-
While we make every effort to keep fees low, there are two primary reasons we charge a fee for this group.
We want to provide snacks, refreshments, access to games, and crafting supplies for your convenience.
We want to show our appreciation to our kind facilitator(s) for their time and the unique skills/experience they bring to the group as a licensed mental health professional.
If you have feedback or concerns about the costs of attending, please reach out.
